Note:- Directly essential oil applied on skin may cause allergies and skin issues. So before using essential oil it is always necessary to dilute the essential oil in the carrier oil ( Like in almond oil, olive oil, coconut oil etc). After dilution only we can use the essential oil for massaging.
Even after dilution we have to check allergic reaction before applying to the skin for that we can rub a small amount of diluted oil under the forearms and see after 24-48 hours if no allergy arises than can be used on another area of the body.
Maximum five percent dilution of essential oil in carrier oil is marked as safe.
Taking essential oils by mouth via swallowing or ingesting is highly risky can affect the liver and kidney.

There are some limitations for using an essential oil like skin allergenic person, sensitive skin, the person having nausea issues from the smell, Asthmatic, During pregnancy and lactating period it is good to avoid using essential oil. And after massaging with essential oil immediately going out in sunlight may cause sunburn.
