Atibala mean very powerful plant, it is commonly available herb in india.which is grown in hotter parts of region. in Indian Ayurveda its roots, leaves, stems , seeds all are used in various tradional medicines.

Properties:- It is sweet, light to digest, cold potency, and detoxify Vata and pita. It has aphrodisiac properties. Its medicinal values are mostly similar to Bala – sida cordifolia.

Uses:-

1:- It helps increase the quality and quantity of semen and male sexual dysfunction.

2:-Atibala increase immunity

3:- It helps increase inner strength.

4:-It gives relief in the burning sensation

5:-It is helpful in Osteoarthritis

6:-Atibala proves beneficial in urinary tract infection.

7:- It reduce toothache.

8:- Helpful in getting rid of wrinkles.

How to take Atibala:-

1:- Take ¼ – ½ teaspoon of Atibala powder twice a day after light meal with honey/water.

2:- For toothache take 1-2 teaspoons of water mix it in the glass of water boil for 5-10 minutes till it reduces half. Now after the normal temperature of water gargle with these mixtures 1-3 times a day.

3:- for wrinkles take ½ to 1 teaspoon of atibala powder mix it with coconut oil and make a paste and apply on the affected area on the skin (Wrinkles).
