It is an Ayurveda herb which is suitable for skin and hair related disease. It found mainly in the Asian continent, in India and Iran. It requires well-drained soil with good sunlight for cultivation it seeds sown in spring and before sowing soaked in hot water for speedy germination.

Uses of Psoralea Corylifolia:-

1:- It is used to treat Leucoderma (Vitiligo) which means loss of pigment from the skin causing white patches.

2:- it is used as an antibiotic against bacteria and fungal infection

3:-It is beneficial in disorder related to the kidney.

4:-It proves beneficial in early morning diarrhea, urinary complaints, impotence, asthma, and baldness

5:- In Chinese medicine injection of its extract is used to treat hair baldness.

6:- Due to hot potency, it is useful in indigestion.

7:- It is beneficial in worm infection

How to take Bakuchi:-

1:- Take ¼ – ½ teaspoon of bakuchi powder and take this with honey/water once/twice a day after meals.

2:- This can be taken as a Tea/decoction form also.
