Aak is a common plant Available in India. There are mainly two species of Aak, red & white are highly useful in Ayurveda while the white Aak flower plant is having an important place in Hinduism and considered as a holy and sacred plant to worship lord shiva.

Properties:- It has Antifungal properties used to cure skin fungal infections like ringworms & athlete`s foot. It has Anti-coagulant properties that prevent blood clots ( Research Are still going on this). It is Anti-inflammatory, Anti-Dysentric and Anti-Rheumatic properties.

How to use Aak :-

 For Obesity and diabetes, there is one method

Take 2 Leaf of Aak plant, from the opposite side (rough side) of leaf place it on Feet sole and then wear socks on it, do this for both feet. Leaf must be touching the foot sole completely. Keep the leaf below sole whole day and before going to bed remove the leaf and wash the legs. Repeat this same process with a new leaf every day for one week. This will helpful in controlling blood sugar, reduce obesity and even helpful in removing the toxins of the body.

Take care before use :-

As this plant has numerous medicinal values still we should know that it is a high toxin plant, milk of its leaf is poisonous, it should not be given during pregnancy, lactating period and children. An overdose of this can cause vomiting and diarrhea. So it should be taken with great care.
